• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original

tags/packaging intact.

• Sale or clearance items may be non-refundable (check product description).

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

• For size or color exchanges, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
